Refund Policy

1) Refund Policy for the Standard Longtail Tours:

In case you can't attend the tour for any reason, you will get a 100% refund if you contact us via WhatsApp or Email at least 24 hours before the start of the tour. The money you paid will be credited to the payment method you have on file within 7 working days.

In case you don't show up or are an hour late we cannot refund you!

In case you miss the speedboat transfer due to late show up, you will have to pay for the speedboat tickets yourself! The tour will not be refunded!

After 24 hours before tour start all tours are automatically non refundable unless the customer has contacted us at least 24 hours before tour start via WhatsApp or Email!

2) Refund Policy for the Speedboat Tours:

In case you can't attend the tour for any reason, you will get a 100% refund if you contact us via WhatsApp or Email at least 72 hours before the start of the tour. The money you paid will be credited to the payment method you have on file within 7 working days.

In case you don't show up or are an hour late we cannot refund you!

After 72 hours before tour start all tours are automatically non refundable unless the customer has contacted us at least 72 hours before tour start via WhatsApp or Email!

3) Refund Policy for the Luxury Speedboat, Catamaran and Yacht Tours:

Cancel 30 days or more prior to the charter date = 100% refund of the deposit

Cancel 30 days or less prior to the charter date = No refund of the deposit

No show up on tour day: no refund of the deposit

During high season (November - April) full price needs to be paid as deposit in order to reserve the boat.

Due to circumstances in boat travel, the captain may spontaneously change the route and set a new destination for the protection of the passengers. It cannot be ruled out that the tour destination requested by the customer cannot be reached due to weather conditions or other environmental influences. No refund will be given. Additionally, time management is the customer's responsibility. The captain will follow customer requests and adjust the itinerary accordingly, as long as they remain within the main route. If a customer chooses to modify the planned route and the captain accommodates these changes, some locations may need to be skipped to stay on schedule. No refund will be given.

Participant List Requirement: For insurance and operational compliance, the customer is required to provide a complete and accurate list of all tour participants no later than 6:00 PM on the day prior to the tour, or within any shorter deadline separately communicated by us. The names provided must correspond to the actual participants joining the tour. If the full participant list is not submitted in time, we reserve the right to refuse check-in and boarding without exception. In such case, any booked driver transfer may also be withheld, and the booking shall be treated as a customer-caused failure to comply with mandatory pre-tour requirements. No refund shall be granted in such circumstances, in accordance with these Terms of Service.

Identity Verification / Anti-Fraud Measures: To prevent fraudulent credit card transactions and unauthorized chargebacks, we reserve the right to verify the identity of the purchaser and to compare the purchaser’s details with the submitted participant list at any time prior to boarding or during check-in. If there is any mismatch between the purchaser and the participant list, or if the purchaser is unable or unwilling to complete a reasonable identity verification / KYC process upon request, we reserve the right to refuse check-in, boarding, and participation in the tour without exception. In such cases, the booking shall be treated as a violation of mandatory security and anti-fraud requirements, and no refund shall be granted.
